We may request additional documents and connections from you in order to pre-qualify you for even higher amounts. We typically ask for:
- YTD Financials
- Prior two years’ tax return or audited financials (strongly preferred), if unavailable, financials (BS + P&L) can be used for substitute
- Latest loan statement for all loan obligations >$200K
You'll be able to do this directly in our application after you receive your initial results:
If you've exited out of the application, you can log in to your Buyer Portal and upload your documents by checking your "Eligibility Status":
Once uploaded, we typically reach out with a decision within 1-2 business days.
